CONTRAT
i. prices include agreed mileage, the costs of removal and liability insurance, damage to third parties for an unlimited amount, bail and legal defense as well as fire insurance, vehicle theft and / or damage to it, with a franchise 350 €, being uninsured radio cd and objects inside the vehicle deposited by the lessee.
ii. according to the insurance franchise amount, the renter is liable to pay this amount in case of accident in order cover all the damages caused to the vehicle hired herein. if the renter misuses the vehicle herein hired, all the expenses and damages resulting from this misuse will be paid by the renter without exception, with no limits and therefore, the franchise will become out of effect.
iii. it is on behalf of the renter to pay for fuel, bed linen, cutlery, …, as well as the payment of any fine and court costs for parking, traffic or other offences. moreover, the renter will be responsible for all the keyhole damages, flat or misused tyres, theft in the interior of the vehicle such as the radio, fridge, …
iv. our rate also includes passengers and vehicle’s aid.
v. the vehicle driver should be over 21 years old and must hold at least a two-year experience on a valid driving license type b.
vi. at the time of booking, the renter will pay the balance (rental remaining amount) by credit card or cash plus 200€ deposit for the correct fulfillment of this contract.
vii. the bail bond will be returned to the renter once the contract is over and once vehicle is inspected to see if it is returned in a perfect condition. although the vehicle may be dropped-off before the agreed day, the renter will have no right to request for compensation.
viii. the motorhome will be returned cleaned and with the sewage tanks emptied. otherwise, our rental company charges an additional cleaning fee of 100 €.
ix. motorhomes are delivered cleaned and ready to set off for the trip. therefore, any malfunction, either of the vehicle or of any of its components during period rental will give no right to any compensation, discount or money refund.
x. damages when vehicle sets off
xi. if for reasons beyond the renter, you cannot deliver the vehicle on the agreed date are not entitled to any compensation.
xii. if the renter wants to extend the rental period, he will have to inform so duly to the rental agency. this rental period extension will be agreed upon according to the current availabilities.
xiii. the renter agrees to make a conscientious use of the vehicle destined only for personal driving. moreover, he agrees not to carry more persons than it is permitted by law or to make another person but him make use of the vehicle or even to carry goods inside the vehicle.
xiv. in case of accident, whatever the damage, the renter will notify the rental agency within a 10-day period from the accident. after this 10 day-period, the renter will be liable for all the expenses the insurance company informs.
xv. the renter is authorized to make any necessary vehicle repair whose amount is not over 90 €. if the repair is over 90 €, the renter will ask for consent from the rental agency. the amount paid by the renter in order to repair the vehicle, provided he produces the relevant receipts drawn to just to rent, s.l. c/ lleida, 49 – 08500 vic – nif. b63543193. will be refunded.
xvi. the renter will never abandon the motorhome, whatever the reason, either for accident or any other cause, being his total responsibility repatriation and the return of the vehicle in the location agreed in this present contract. it is up to this point that the renter/client is responsible for all expenses.
xvii. european community countries and andorra travelling only. otherwise, a specific written authorization will be needed from the rental agency for travelling to those countries not belonging to the eec.
xviii. complements and accessories that are delivered along with the motorhome
